The concept of SNAP (Say No and Phone) launched by Hampshire Constabulary has been developed in partnership with:

Lions Club of Fleet & Hart Lions Club
Hart District Council 
to bring to the Harlington Centre in Fleet, 
monthly music events
for young people aged 11 - 16.
